How much space does the magician need?
For strolling magic: none — Caleb moves to your guests, table to table and group to group. For a stage show: a performance area roughly 8×10 feet, visible to the audience. He has performed everything from boardrooms to ballrooms to 500-seat venues.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes — professional liability coverage suitable for corporate venues is available. Certificates of insurance can be provided to your venue on request.
What A/V do you need?
Strolling magic needs zero A/V. For stage shows in larger rooms, a microphone and basic sound system are ideal — Caleb can advise your venue or bring what's needed. Company messaging or product mentions can be woven directly into the show.
How far do you travel for corporate events?
Caleb is based in Milwaukee and performs across Wisconsin — Racine, Madison, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Kenosha, Waukesha and everywhere between. He has also performed around the world and travels nationally and internationally for top-class corporate shows.
How far in advance should we book?
